Human resource is a term that has hardly needed for every developing organization. Those who work in Human Resources are not only liable for hiring and firing. They also handle company’s administration and employee’s management. Biometrics and human resource are meeting the same requirement by managing the employees. The biometric fingerprint products are quiet cheap to buy. So many companies made their security system with biometric finger print devices for their legibility and for the cost effectiveness of that device. When an organization makes use of both biometrics and human resource it makes itself as security bounded organization. In biometrics and human resource, the biometrics takes care of the employees at the entry point, and the human resource managing the employees inside the firm. Both biometrics and human resource have used for the needed security function. Administrating employees is a major job, so those in human resources must be equal to the duty. In case of biometrics, it is an easy task to do. However, all we need is that an efficient database with all needed information that can be used by biometrics equipment. Ten or twenty years ago, human resources had rarely seen as like the biometrics instruments usage. Nowadays it is too simple to see human resource personnel in an organization as well as the biometrics security devices.
